My goal is to provide information about muscle building supplements so that everyone can make a rational decision on what to buy. I don't want to convince people to buy something just because they think it's for muscle building. My goal is to encourage people to do research on their own. I have a pretty strong interest in helping people understand what supplements are safe and which ones might make them sick. My favorite supplements are the ones that can be used as the basis of a healthy diet. I think that the "supplements are for you" message is very misleading and should be eliminated. If you look at the research about what really works to help you build muscle then you'll find a lot of supplements. My aim is to help people make informed decisions. If you take a look at the studies, they show that most supplements don't work. The people who want to get lean don't need vitamins and supplements. There is a huge number of supplements on the market that can be used for weight loss. Some are so good that they even help people get into shape. The only difference is that the people who really need them don't actually want them.
